It's hard to show how cool this pennant is because it is GLOW IN THE DARK and my camera does not like that. These are designed a little smaller than my typical full sized pennants but they are designed to sit on a dowel rod for display.
I design, hand cut, hand screen and finally hand stitch each pennant in my subterranean studio. All possible care is taken to assure consistency but slight variations may exist within the run.
